Codaiq is an early-access AI website builder for founders and small businesses. Users can describe a website, refine it through chat-based editing and publish the result. The product is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript and is live at codaiq.com. The cover is an actual screenshot of our own current homepage. This is a pre-revenue asset sale: monthly recurring revenue is $0. No verified traffic, active-user or sales-performance claims are included. The buyer opportunity is to take over the existing product and develop its distribution, positioning and roadmap. The proposed sale includes the Codaiq source code, domain and available project documentation, subject to technical and ownership due diligence and a written asset-purchase agreement.
